Christine is currently the Managing Director of Shussé International LLC, a consulting, training and coaching firm. Christine is a strategist and visionary with entrepreneurial drive and focuses on integral approaches to national development and capacity building strategies for transformational change in businesses and organizations.
As a certified, professional coach, Christine works with international executives, leaders and entrepreneurs. She also coaches and trains leaders to create and implement national, corporate and executive development strategies. Christine has been engaged to build corporate strategies and develop turnaround and growth management plans by governments, major corporations, small to medium sized businesses, organizations and entrepreneurs.
Christine’s coaching is complimented by her vast international business and cross-cultural experience. She also brings significant entrepreneurial insight to her coaching, having worked with several start-up telecommunications and IT companies over a period of 10 years, and successfully managing her own consulting practice.
Christine’s career spans North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. She has maintained a particular focus on African development and business for the past 15 years and is currently co-producing the first Annual New Africa Leadership Symposium: Executive Coaching for Transformational Change, to be held in Accra, Ghana, in November 2005.
Christine holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management and received her coaching certification from The Coach Training Alliance. She received her advanced coach training from the Newfield Network, and is a member of the International Federation of Coaches (IFC) and Coachville. Christine is also a founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC).
